Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any product showing signs of use, damage, or modification will not qualify for a return.

Items without original packaging or missing parts
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details, including proof of purchase and product images if required. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
